Where We Ship From

All orders are fulfilled from our warehouse located in Palm Harbor, Florida, United States.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, or if there is an issue with payment verification or incomplete shipping information. If we need to reach you about your order, we will contact you at the email address provided at checkout before processing.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST (GMT-5) on a business day will begin processing that same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST, or on a weekend or public holiday, will begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery estimates begin after your order has been fully processed and dispatched. These are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or factors outside our control.

Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped via our certified logistics partner using Tracked & Insured Shipping. Every order includes a tracking number sent to your email once your order has been dispatched.

Currency

All shipping charges and product prices on caroljune.com are displayed and billed in US Dollars (USD). If your payment method is issued in a different currency, your bank or card provider may apply a foreign currency conversion fee. Carol & June are not responsible for any such fees.

Shipping Restrictions

We are unable to ship to the following:

  • P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
  • US territories not served by standard domestic carriers (e.g., certain remote island territories)
  • Countries subject to trade sanctions or export restrictions under US law

If your address falls into one of the above categories, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or issue a full refund.

Taxes

Domestic (United States): Sales tax may be applied to your order at checkout where required by applicable state and local law. The applicable tax rate is determined by the delivery address provided at checkout.

International: Carol & June does not collect VAT, GST, or other import taxes on international orders. Any duties, import taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our $4.99 shipping fee. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.

Tracking

All orders are shipped with tracking included. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Use this number to monitor your delivery status directly with the carrier.

Shipping Insurance

All orders include shipping insurance at no extra cost. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, contact us with your order number and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Carol & June are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us at support@caroljune.com as soon as possible.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window or arrives damaged, contact us at support@caroljune.com with your order number, and we will open an investigation with the carrier.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or dispatched. To request a cancellation, email support@caroljune.com immediately with your order number.
