Currency
All prices on caroljune.com are displayed and charged in US Dollars (USD). If your payment method is issued in a different currency, your bank or card provider may apply a foreign currency conversion fee. Carol & June is not responsible for any such fees.
Payment Security
All transactions are protected by SSL/TLS encryption. We use Shopify Payments and PCI DSS-compliant payment processors. Carol & June does not store your full card number, CVV, or card expiry details on our servers at any time.
When You Are Charged
Payment is collected at the time you place your order. If your order is later cancelled before processing, a full refund will be returned to your original payment method.
Failed Payments
If your payment is declined, your order will not be placed. Please check your billing details, ensure your card has sufficient funds, and try again — or use an alternative payment method. If you continue to experience issues, please contact your bank or reach us at support@caroljune.com.
Order Verification
For security purposes, we may hold and verify orders that appear unusual or potentially fraudulent before processing. If your order is held for verification, we will contact you at the email address provided at checkout.

Promotional Codes & Discounts
Discount codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied after an order has been placed. Only one discount code may be used per order unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to cancel orders where promotional codes have been misused or applied fraudulently.
