Order Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of purchase, as long as it has not yet shipped.

Cancellation window

Requests made within 24 hours of placing your order, and before the order has been dispatched, are cancelled at no cost with a full refund.

After 24 hours or after dispatch

Once an order has been processed and handed to the carrier, it can no longer be cancelled. In that case you may use our Return & Refund Policy after the item arrives.

How to cancel

Email support@caroljune.com as soon as possible with your order number and the word "Cancellation" in the subject line. Refund eligibility is based on the time your email is received.
