We understand that plans change. This policy explains when and how you may cancel an order placed on caroljune.com.
Cancellation Window
You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, provided it has not yet been processed or dispatched. Because we begin processing orders within 1–3 business days, we strongly recommend contacting us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.
How to Cancel Your Order
- Email support@caroljune.com with the subject line: Order Cancellation — [Your Order Number]
- Include your full name, the email address used at checkout, and your order number.
- We will confirm within 1 business day whether your order is eligible for cancellation.

Refund for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved before your order is processed and dispatched, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the cancellation and refund have been completed.
Orders Already Shipped
Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. If you no longer want the item, you will need to wait for delivery and then submit a return request under our Return & Refund Policy. Standard return shipping costs will apply.
Cancellations Initiated by Carol & June
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, technical pricing errors, or product unavailability. If we cancel your order for any reason, you will be notified by email and issued a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
