At Carol & June, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a clear and straightforward returns process.

Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date your item is delivered to submit a return request. Requests received after 30 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.

Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received
  • In the original packaging with all tags still attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or order confirmation email)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase
  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at support@caroljune.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a return address.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back using a tracked shipping method. Keep your proof of postage.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email within 2 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part (wrong item sent). In those cases, we will cover return shipping in full.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit to your account.

Original shipping fees ($4.99) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@caroljune.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will arrange a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
