Orders & Shipping
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery estimates after processing are
— United States: 7–10 business days
— International: 10–14 business days
These are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.
How much does shipping cost?
We charge a flat rate of $4.99 for both domestic (US) and international orders. We offer free shipping with UPS. All orders are shipped with tracking and insurance included.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to 234+ countries worldwide. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your delivery directly with the carrier. You can also visit our Track Order page.
I entered the wrong shipping address. What do I do?
Contact us immediately at support@caroljune.com or call +1 800-563-5952. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to update the address. Once shipped, we are unable to redirect the package.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
How do I start a return?
Email us at support@caroljune.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with instructions.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part, in which case we cover the return shipping cost in full.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may require additional time to post the credit.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@caroljune.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, ELO, UnionPay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are secured with SSL/TLS encryption.
What currency are prices shown in?
All prices are displayed and charged in US Dollars (USD).
Is it safe to enter my payment details on your site?
Yes. All transactions are protected by SSL/TLS encryption and processed through PCI DSS-compliant payment processors. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
Cancellations
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 24 hours of placing your order, provided it has not yet been processed or dispatched. Email us at support@caroljune.com as soon as possible with your order number.
What if my order has already shipped?
Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled. Please wait for delivery and then submit a return request under our Return & Refund Policy.

Are your product images accurate?
We make every effort to display products as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings and device calibration.
