In what currency are prices shown?

Will I be charged sales tax?

No. For US orders, all prices are tax-inclusive — the price you see is the total you pay, with no tax added at checkout.

Can I cancel my order?

Shipping & delivery

Where do you ship from?

All orders ship from our facility in Palm Harbor, Florida.

How long does delivery take?

Total time = processing time + delivery time. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days first, then shipped according to the method you choose at checkout:

 

Delivery times are estimates that begin after processing and may be affected by carrier delays, customs, or peak periods. Every order ships with a tracking number sent by email. International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by the destination country, which are the recipient's responsibility.

Yes. Every order is shipped with tracking, and the number is emailed to you when your order ships.

Who pays for return shipping?
